Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how to make it right.

Return window You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, or wear, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return.

How to start a return Email info@courtandcoastal.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will send return instructions and a return label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email when it is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the return.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange a size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@courtandcoastal.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Sale items Sale and promotional items follow the standard 30-day return policy unless marked final sale.
