Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and in great shape. Here is how it works.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping time and cost We ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days after processing. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Free shipping Orders over $70 ship free. A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $70.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Where we ship from Orders ship from our fulfillment center in McAlester, Oklahoma.

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us at info@courtandcoastal.com and we will help.

International shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
