Welcome to Court & Coastal. By accessing or purchasing from courtandcoastal.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are Court & Coastal is a brand operated by Spruce Fashion Design Inc, 530 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 205, Santa Monica, CA 90401 ("we," "us," "our"). You can reach us anytime at info@courtandcoastal.com.

2. Using the site You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through any method other than the interface we provide. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

3. Products, pricing, and availability We work to keep product descriptions, colors, fabric details, and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Colors may vary slightly by screen. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed.

4. Orders and payment Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation or ship the item. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

5. Shipping and returns Shipping timelines and return eligibility are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Intellectual property All content on this site, including the Court & Coastal name, logos, product imagery, and copy, is owned by Spruce Fashion Design Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court & Coastal and Spruce Fashion Design Inc are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
